• How can I confirm my trip? When you schedule your trip, the customer service representative will give you a confirmation number. Call our office with the date of the trip and the confirmation number and we will be able to assist you.
• How soon before my appointment do I need to schedule the trip? You should try to schedule the ride at least three (3) days before the appointment.
• How do I schedule a return trip from my appointment? Call our office at (845) 533-0136 when you are done with your appointment and our dispatchers will send a vehicle to your location.
• REMINDER – When communicating with us please provide the best phone number to reach you in case the driver is unable to reach you.
